As a manufacture of knives for over 60 years, it was important to share our knowledge and expertise with our customers. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with high quality products and service, but now we are taking it to the next level by educating and supporting our customers starting in culinary school and following them throughout their culinary careers.

Our Objectives

Ivo Academy was created with the purpose to provide educational information to residential and commercial customers. Ivo Cutlery's objectives are to educate consumers about their knives, as well as providing them with the necessary knowledge and tips on how to properly maintain and care for them.
