Colour Code

IVO knives are produced and carefully selected to meet the needs of chefs. 

Colour Coding will prevent cross contamination. Coloured handles allow the chef to use a specific colour for a specific type of food. Green for vegetables, yellow for poultry, blue for fish, red for raw meat, white for bakery and dairy and brown for cooked foods ensures that there is an effective separation of knives during food preparation.
